Privacy policy
GSC SEO Monitoring is a private, owner-managed Google Search Console reporting utility developed for Chasein Digital Marketing. This policy explains the data handled by the reporting script and the limited purpose of this informational site.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
01. Who operates this tool?
GSC SEO Monitoring is an owner-managed reporting utility operated by Chasein Digital Marketing for authorised users. It helps the owner review Google Search Console performance for websites to which the connected Google account has access.
02. What Google data is accessed?
With the account holder's permission, the Google Apps Script reads accessible Search Console properties and selected performance metrics: website property identifiers, search queries, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average search position, reporting dates and property permission levels. The app requests read-only Search Console access; it does not edit Search Console settings or properties.
03. How is the information used?
The information is used to create website performance summaries, identify changes in search visibility, compare reporting periods and support SEO review and planning. The current script collects and refreshes reporting data; it does not automatically publish articles, modify websites or submit changes to Search Console.
04. Where is the data stored?
Imported reports are saved in a Google Sheet named GSC SEO Monitoring in the account holder's Google Drive, with update results recorded in that spreadsheet. Google Apps Script and related Google services process API requests and scheduled executions. This informational website does not receive Search Console credentials, OAuth tokens or report data.
05. Is information shared?
The basic reporting script sends authorised requests to Google APIs and writes results to the account holder's Google Sheet. It does not sell data, display targeted advertising or automatically send reports to unrelated third parties. The account holder may separately choose to share spreadsheet access or connect other tools, including AI assistants, for analysis; those integrations require their own authorisation and are governed by their respective permissions and policies.
06. How long is data kept?
Reporting data remains in the Google Sheet until the account holder deletes or replaces it. Weekly performance records may be retained for historical comparison. Google may also retain operational logs according to its service settings and retention policies. The account holder controls access to the spreadsheet and can delete its contents or the entire spreadsheet.
07. How is access protected?
Google account authentication, OAuth permissions and Google Sheets sharing controls govern access to Search Console reports. The script requests only the access needed for reporting and scheduled execution. Do not publicly share the spreadsheet or its OAuth credentials. No website login is provided at this informational address.
08. Cookies and site hosting
This static informational website does not intentionally set tracking cookies, run advertising scripts or use visitor analytics. The web-hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the site.
09. Google API data and limited use
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the reporting and analysis functions described here. We do not use it for targeted advertising, sell it, or transfer it for unrelated purposes. Any authorised expansion of the tool will require reviewing its Google permissions and updating this notice as appropriate.
10. Your choices and questions
You can stop future access by revoking the app in your Google Account security settings, disabling its Apps Script trigger or deleting the spreadsheet. To ask about this tool or the handling of your reporting data, contact interglobalsapk@gmail.com.
